Hays County Sheriff Department Lacking a "Sane Head" in Swami Prakashanand Saraswati fiasco


July 2015 News: It has emerged that an NGO asked Hays County Sheriff Department and Hays County Judge for a "sane head" in it's decision to prosecute eighty-two year old Swami Prakashanand Saraswati. Swami Prakashanand Saraswati ended up receiving a 280 year prison sentence for very minor charges. Swami Prakashanand Saraswati was charged with decade old accusations of touching 2 minors through their t-shirt. Research has shown that murderers in Hays County don't receive such a sentence.

Understandably, Swami Prakashanand Saraswati decided to depart from Hays County rather than to put up with all that.

According to Defending Swamiji Blog, an organization called Critical Mass of Truth, in the hunt for the truth, appealed to Hays County for a sane thinker.
